The Whole Wrestler is a Year Round Competitor

Each season develops the 3 disciplines of wrestling in different ways


September - April is the American Folkstyle Season. 

Train and compete in the American college style of wrestling


March - July is the Olympic Styles Season. 

Train and compete in Freestyle and Greco-Roman


July - August is the Summer Training Season 

Set goals - build strength - gain new wrestling knowledge

The American Folkstyle Season is the prominent wrestling season in the US for competitors from grade school through college


All technique, conditioning, and competition training focus on developing all aspects of the folkstyle wrestler intent on competing on the national stage

Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Wednesdays & Fridays 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

Saturdays 11:30 am - 1:30 pm

March - July

The Olympic Styles Season is the prominent international wrestling season, exposing US wrestlers to the broader world of wrestling


All technique, conditioning, and competition training focus on developing all aspects of the Freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestler intent on competing on the world stage

July - August

The Summer Training Season is the time to set goals and prepare for the year ahead


During this season, wrestling and fitness camps are the best way to advance your training

Wrestling Team Competition Schedule

We take our wrestling team to tournaments during the folkstyle and freestyle/greco-roman seasons. 


We seek out the best tournaments at the local, state, and regional levels to give our kids exposure to competition that will help them grow both as wrestlers and individuals.
