Registration

  1. All members must register before receiving any services. To register, new members must
    1. Provide name of athlete/parent, mobile phone number, address, and email address
    2. Sign a liability waiver and agree to membership terms
    3. Provide proof of COVID 19 vaccination as required by New York law

Enrollment

  1. Members will enroll in weekly classes and open gym sessions on a monthly basis or on a single drop in basis. Members cannot purchase weekly passes
  2. Classes meet on a weekly basis between 1 and 6 times per week. 
  3. Each class will be limited to 20 enrolled members per month. A first come first served wait list will be maintained for over subscribed classes
  4. Members may enroll to attend 1, 2, 3, or unlimited sessions of a single class type per week
  5. Members enrolled in one class type cannot attend other classes of a different type on the same enrollment unless the member is enrolled in unlimited classes
  6. Members have 2 months to make up any missed classes. Make ups may only be used for the same class type
  7. Members can enroll in all day camps on a daily basis
  8. Members can enroll in private sessions on a per session basis. All private session cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance or member will be charged 50% of private session fee.
  9. Members must give the club 30 day notice of enrollment suspension or cancellation. Cancelation or suspension will forfeit the members spot in the class

Payments

  1. Members may purchases class packages on a monthly basis
  2. A 10% discount will be given to second siblings, police officers, fireman, and military personnel
  3. A 10% discount will be given to members who purchase enrollments on an annual basis
  4. All membership payments are due on the 1st of the month or the first class of the month in which the member is enrolled
  5. Members may pay by cash, Zelle, PayPal, or Venmo
  6. If membership fees are more than 5 days late, a $10 late fee will be assessed
  7. If a member pays late 3x in a year, the member will be disenrolled from the class and moved to the bottom of the waitlist
  8. Members enrolling mid-month will pay pro-rated rates based on a 30 day month
  9. If a member suspends their membership, all past due amounts must be paid before member can re-enroll
  10. The class make up clock begins on the date in which all past due and current due membership fees are received in full
